He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Fahey and John P. Fahey; and his siblings, Anne, Paul and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; his children, Kyle (Alex), Christopher, Tyler (Robin) and Justin; and his granddaughter Avery.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wisdom Church (920 Granville Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Acacia Park Cemetery (7800 Irving Park Rd, Norridge, IL 60706).
