He was predeceased by: his son Austin Rowan; his parents, Norman Rowan and Lenora Rowan; and his brothers, John Rowan (Maureen) and Jeff Rowan.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Rowan; his children, Nathan Rowan (Lisa), Melanie Landers (Nathan) and Matthew Rowan (Carolina); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Emily, Brandon, Aiden, Samantha, Isabella, Ethan and Riley; and his sisters, Nina Bevan (Ken) and Norma Weinthaler (late Herb).
