She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor Emilio Pozo Gonzalez and Cristina Amanda Gonzalez Vera of Pozo; and her sisters, Violeta Pozo, Nelly Chiriboga Pozo and Susa Alvarez Pozo.
She is survived by : her husband Byron L. Eguiguren; her children, José Eguiguren (Aída Sanchez) and Lolita Eguiguren; and her grandchildren, Enrique, Luis and Belén Eguiguren.
