She was predeceased by: her husband Santo Librizzi; and her parents, Vincenzo Balachia and Angela Balachia. She is survived by: her children, Natalie Voth (Chris), Michael and Vince (Fara); her grandchildren, Kayla Voth, Sam Voth, Santino Librizzi, Pauly Librizzi and Marina Librizzi; and her siblings, Grace Ballarino (late Vincenzo) and Pina Balachia.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Eugene Church (7958 W Foster Ave, Chicago, IL 60656). A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
