Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Patricia Phelan (Norridge, Illinois), who passed away at the age of 93, on December 6, 2025. She was predeceased by: her husband James W. "Jim"; her son James W., Jr.; her parents, Mary Mahoney and William Mahoney; her grandchild McKenna Phelan; and her siblings, William Mahoney (late Elizabeth) and Kathryn Lyons (late Vincent).

She is survived by: her children, Patricia E. "Trish" O'Hagan (Kevin), Mary C., Michael W., Timothy (Tammi) and Thomas Phelan; her grandchildren, Michael, Kristen Phelan, Daniel (Kaiti), Peggy, Kathleen O'Hagan and Jake; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Lily, Bridie, Mack and Brendan; and her sister Margaret Enright (late William).

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent Ferrer Church (1530 Jackson Ave, River Forest, IL 60305). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
