He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Kim; and his sibling Star. He is survived by: his brothers, John (Cheryl) and Keith (Gina); his nieces and nephews, Nick, Madeline (Adam), Jack, Lexi, Tammy and Aden; and his great-nephew Theodore.
