He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Wolek and Mary Wolek (Pozdol); and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his cousins, Michael Pozdol, Deborah Skozek, Christine Sobczyk and Mark Sobczyk. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A Mass was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Queen of Peace Parish at St. Eugene Church (7958 W Foster Ave, Chicago, IL 60656). A burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
