She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Karos and Martha Karos; and her siblings, Violet Karakitsoo (Tony), Peter Karos (Artie) and Toni Boosalis (Bill).

She is survived by: her husband George Youtsos; her children, Alexis Dassios (John), Harry Youtsos (Gail) and Yiayia; her grandchildren, Zoe Khayatt (Shaker), Angelos Dassios (Patricia) and Alexis Youtsos; and her great grandchildren, George, Daphne, Theodora Khayatt, Alexandria, John and Margarita Dassios.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory of Pauline Youtsos to Central Baptist Village, 4747 North Canfield Road, Norridge, IL 60706, Attn: Development Office.
