He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lupe, Frank Montoya, Fabiana and Pedro Alequin; and his brother Eric Alequin (Marlene).

He is survived by: his fiancée Nanci Simmons; his parents, Delia Alequin, and Peter Alequin, Sr.; and his nephew Daniel Alequin.
