He is survived by: his parents, John Cichon and Helen Cichon; his children, John Cichon (Carrie), Mark Cichon (Megan), Nicholas Cichon and Brittany Heflen (Carter); his siblings, Gee Gacka, Rich Cichon and Rob Cichon (Dorata); his grandchildren, Juliana Cichon, Carmela Cichon, Cristina Cichon and Carter Heflen Jr.; and his nephew Adam Gacka (Concetta).
