He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy and Salvatore; and his siblings, Marion and Billy. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his sons, William (Tina), Don (Mary) and Philip (Bridget); his grandchildren, Philip (Tori), Anna Kate, Olivia, Jamie, John, Roberta, Francesca and PJ; his great grandchild Don David; and his sister Josephine.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Philip's name to Mission of Our Lady of the Angels, 3808 W. Iowa St., Chicago, IL 60651.
