Elmer (Jacklyn); his grandchildren, Dominic, Vincent DeLuca, Grady and Baylee Elmer; and his brothers, Roger "Rusty" Retired C. P. D. (late Karen) and Charles "Rocky" Retired C. P. D. Elmer (Barbara).
