He was predeceased by: his child Krissy Cerrentano; his parents, Chester Okrasinski and Rose Okrasinski; and his siblings, Chay Okrasinski (Jeanne) and Geri Bernacki (late Ed).

He is survived by: his wife Kathy "Bunchie"; his children, Tommy Okrasinski, Rick Okrasinski (Jennifer), Robin Wind (Kenneth), Lonnie Kelly (Patrick) and Daniel Cerrentano (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Colton, Cassidy, Samantha, Alex, Olivia, Max, Gina, Caleb, Megan, Kellilynn and Kara; his mother-in-law Mary Jayne Doherty (late Bud); and his sister-in-law Kathy Doherty (late Tom).
