We bid farewell to Robert L. Brieske (Norridge, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 7, 2025 at the age of 83. Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Mary; and his siblings, Mary Ann, Joan and William.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia; his children, Mary E. (Lance), Suzanne (Patrick), Judy (Christopher), Sharon (Keith) and Matthew; and his siblings, Elaine, Lawrence and Irene.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). Viewing will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St Francis Borgia Church (8033 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634). The inurnment will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
In Lieu of flowers donations in Bob's name to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital would be appreciated.
