She is survived by: her children, Tom Inserra (Patty) and Rosa Macrito; her grandchildren, Attilio Macrito (Jolie), Dave Inserra, Marissa Nemec (Dan), Loren Swoch (DJ), Lisa Stajduhar (Jon) and Salvatore Macrito; her great grandchildren, Ava, Stevie, Cameron, Austin, Diego, Lucas, Cecilia and Evan; and her sister Anna Abbate (late Lorenzo).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Knots Parish at St. Robert Bellarmine Church (5843 W Strong St, Chicago, IL 60630). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
