She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Parrillo and Charles Parrillo; her brother Charles Parrillo (Donna); and her brother-in-law Matt Botica (Terry). She is survived by: her husband John "Johnny Bo" Botica; her children, Charles N. (Paulina) and Lauren C. Maslak; her stepchild Gianna Botica; her grandchildren, Italia and Charles; her sister Della Beaumont (John); her siblings-in-law, Donna Battliga (Joe), Michael Botica (Teri), JoAnn Seidel (Al), Timothy Botica (Karen), Martin Botica (Kathy), Patrick Botica (Bridget) and Mary Jo Iacovetti (late Chickie); and her nieces and nephews, Tina (Robert), Cheryl (Kerry), Donna, Christine (Brian), Ruth Ann (Jeff), Jo Marie, Joey Lynn, Ashley (John), Anthony (Paige), Michael (Collen), Kaitlyn (Matt), Matthew (Mandy), Samantha, Christopher (Breana), Jaicie, Kayla, Payton, Patrick, Marti, Dani and Toni.
