She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph B. Koek; her son Stephen Michael Klein; her parents, Eric Trotsman and Bertha Trotsman; and her siblings, Rose and Joseph L Cohen.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Westlawn Cemetery (7801 W Montrose Ave, Norridge, IL 60706).
