He is survived by: his spouse Wladyslawa Ciesla; his children, Henry Ciesla (Rebecca) and Renee Ippolito (Mario); his grandchildren, Lexie, Lindsey, Lidia, Mario, James and Henry; and his siblings, Kazimiera Zabawa (Kazimierz), Zenobia Lisowski (Feliks), Eugeniusz Ciesla (Katarzyna) and Jan Ciesla. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
