He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Haase (Neal); his parents, John and Stella; and his sister Jeanette Jagiello. He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann; his children, Linda Modelski (Tom) and James Lazarz (Sue); his grandchildren, Ryan (Ashley), Samantha (Blaine), Amanda and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Easton and Lucas.
