He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stefan Kozka and Maria Kozka; his wife Zofia; his children, Yola Kulach (John), Chris Kozka (Maggie), Mark Kozka and Dorotka Kozka; his grandchildren, Natalie Hicks (Mike), Nicole O'Brien (Patrick), Cassandra Kozka and Daniella Kozka; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Gavin O'Brien; and his siblings, Jan Kozka (late Elzbieta) and Barbara Mleczko (Wladyslaw). He was also cherished by wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, extended family.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rosalie Church (6750 W Montrose Ave, Harwood Heights, IL 60706). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
