He was predeceased by: his brother William; and his parents, William J. Sr. Schaefer and Marie Schaefer. He is survived by: his wife Ida; his children, Robert and Karen Dicapua (Ralph); his grandchild Dominique Dicapua; his sister Bernadine Schaefer; and his sister-in-law Toni Salvatore. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
