He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ivonne Betancourt; his children, Nicole Marie Betancourt (Bart Grochowski), Jessica Marie Hoyas (Matthew), Dalilah Kristie Villafane, Tyler William and Elijah Betancourt; his parents, Carmen Betancourt and Cleofe Betancourt; his grandchildren, Alani Marie Hoyas and Avery Rose Hoyas; his siblings, Agripino (Brenda), Janet, Cleofe Jr. (Sol), Emerita and Christopher Betancourt (Maria); and his brothers-in-law, Carlos and Javier Soto. He was also cherished by his family—his devoted and loving wife, his cherished children, and his precious grandchildren.
