He was predeceased by : his parents, John Hoeflich and Mary Hoeflich; his former life partner Josephine Hoeflich (Cindy Criswell); his in-laws, Bernard and Catherine Wendt; and his siblings, Marilyn Kozak (late James), Joan Masnyk (late Walter), Theresa Bryant (late Robert), Louis, John (late Perrue), Richard (late Elsa) and Michael.

He is survived by : his spouse Jody; his sons, Christopher Hoeflich (Michelle) and Anthony (Rosa); his siblings, Barbara Bopp (late Joseph), Carol Danaher (Robert) and Peter (Phoung); and his friend Cheryl Murphy (late Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
