He is survived by: his father Billie Ray of Norris City; his wife Jamie Smith (Graves) of Norris City; his daughters, Brittany Ramsey (Bryan) and Hilary Vinyard (Ben) of Norris City; his grandchildren, Stryder, Rylan Ramsey, Lyla and Noah Vinyard of Norris City; and his siblings, Brett Smith (Darlene) of Mt. Carmel, Illinois and Sonya Smith (Brian) of Newburgh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dana Midkiff-Smith Memorial Scholarship at Banterra Bank in Norris City, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City.
