He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Harold and Inice DeLap (Healy); his wife Maxine Delap; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Melton, Robert Melton, Bill Wilson, David Gregory and Patricia Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Sneed (Darrell) of Norris City and Jason DeLap (Angie) of Norris City; his grandsons, Jacob DeLap (Chelsea) and Justin Knight; his great grandchildren, Macy and Jesse DeLap; and his siblings-in-law, Rebecca Sutton (John), Sally Wilson, Betty Gregory, Sandra Smith, Walter Melton (Karen), James Melton, John Melton, Mark Welch and Rhonda Melton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jesse's memory to Eldorado Rehab and Healthcare 1001 Jefferson Street Lot A, Eldorado, IL 62930 and will also be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home who is in charge of arrangements.
