He was predeceased by: his father Doyle Chapman; his brother-in-law Wally Austin; and his nephew Nathan Baldwin. He is survived by: his mother Betty Chapman (Downs); his daughters, Amy Clifford and Rachel Pezzoni; and his siblings, Lyndel Chapman (Rhonda) and Myra Austin. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mike's memory to Union Ridge Presbyterian Church and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
