She was predeceased by : her parents, Delbert Downen and Mabel Downen (Pearce); her former life partner Rev. S. E. Williams; her spouse Harrell Eugene O'Neal; her son Timothy Williams; her stepgrandson Mitchell Sloan; and her brother Hugh Downen.

She is survived by : her son Gene Williams (Kim) of Norris City, IL; her stepson Harold O'Neal (Janet); her grandsons, Jared Williams (Dianna) and Justin Williams (Ashton); her stepgrandchildren, Crystal Anderson (Kent), Robin Nichols (Gary 'Dink'), Stacey Miller-Pettijohn (Ken), Amy Craig (Jason), Lance Sloan (Robbie), Mitzi Sloan, Bryan O'Neal, Lindsey Abby (Cody), Adam O'Neal and Zach O'Neal; her great grandchildren, Journee, Cheyenne, Jeb, Jacob and Liza Williams; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Afton Kennedy (Derek), Grant Anderson (Kristen), Sawyer Nichols (Amber), Haley Edwards (Brent), Chaselyn Bain (Austin) and Cooper Craig; and her brother John Downen of Mt. Vernon, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Patsy's memory to the Baptist Children's Home, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City or mailed to 609 W. Main St. Carmi, IL. 62821.
