We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2021, at the age of 68, Richard E. Oatman of Norris, Illinois, born in Canton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Oatman and Mary Lou Oatman (Pollitt). He is survived by: his wife Carol Martin; his daughter Tanya Oatman (Joseph Cole) of Mason City, IL; his grandson Logan Grant; his siblings, Phil Oatman of Canton, IL, Tom Oatman (Lynn) of Lewistown, IL, Donna Oatman of Canton, IL, Liz Bickel (Roscoe) of Canton, IL and Charlene Shaeffer (Bruce) of Lewistown, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Martin (Debbie) and Teresa Powers (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
