Silvey (Norris, Illinois), born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Silvey and Joy Silvey (Motley); and his granddaughter Anna Christian. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lynn Fulton; his daughters, Kelly Lillibridge (Joseph) of Farmington, Rebecca Silvey of Edwardsville and Elizabeth Fulton (Wesley Hevia) of Miami, Florida; his grandchildren, Julian Lillibridge, Fiona Lillibridge, Spencer Ralston and Adilyn Ralston; and his brother-in-law Stephen Fulton (Chris) of Collinsville. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation or the Illinois Conservation Foundation.
