Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Bonnie for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Algernon Anderson and Martha Anderson (Mathis); and her brother Gilbert Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Shields of Batavia, IL; her son Michael Shields (Lara) of Dénia, Spain; and her granddaughter Blaire Shields (Vanessa) of Dublin, Ireland..
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Open House (700 W Fabyan Pkwy, Batavia, IL 60510). A reception was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
