With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles L. Lohenry of North Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on March 29, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Lohenry (Hartmann); and his adoptive parents, Charles Hartmann and Josephine Hartmann. He is survived by: his significant other Suzanne Lohenry (Kennedy); his children, Todd, Kevin (Dana) and Lisa (Jim Gilligan); his grandchildren, Keegan (Emma), Colin (Nina), Quinlan, Caleb (Sydney), Connor, Cormac Lohenry and Brett; his great grandchild Amora Lohenry; his sister Valerie Smith (Hartmann); his sister-in-law Janet Hartmann (Ennis); his nephew Greg Dreffein; his son Charles Jr.; his brother-in-law Jim Smith; and his niece Shawn Dreffein.
