He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles H. Pfau, Sr. and S. Maxine Balke (Balke). He is survived by : his siblings, Barbara Johnson (Bill) of Marietta, GA., Alice Pfau-Pakenham (Bill), Donald Pfau, Olympia Fields, Edward Pfau (Teri) of Fishers, IN., William Pfau (Patty) and Leland; his nieces and nephews, Wade Johnson, Brynne Gowens (Matt), Matthew, Christine Pfau, Brian and Austin Pfau; his great-nephew Tucker Gowens; and his family, Kerry Novak, David Hall and Julie Ohmahan.

At the request of the family, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
