He was predeceased by: his sister Marlene Perez. He is survived by: his parents, Audifas Perez and Maria Perez; his wife Paola; his children, Ethan Michael and Iris Grace; his siblings, Maria Angelita Serrato (Miguel), Ubaldo Perez (Francisca), Ana Margarita Mendez (Manuel), Maria Clara Leon (Jeronimo), Amelia Pasillas (Hector), Jose Alfredo Perez (Lydia) and Luz Maria Perez; and his godsons, Jimmy Aguilera and Miguel Piero Serrato. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made out to Holy Cross School for a special project to be designated at a later date. At this time, we are only able to accept donations made by check; electronic payments are unfortunately not available.
