She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia [Henn] Starks and Fratia [Henn] Vazis; her husband Rudolph "Rudie" Glazik; her daughters, Karen Glazik (Peter Kacmarek) and Kathryn [Glazik] Quintanar (Ken); her daughter-in-law Carolyn [Smith Glazik] Hale; her grandchildren, Brandon Glazik (Jenny Wan), Corinne Kacmarek (Gene Puerta), Kyle Glazik (Tori), Carissa Kacmarek, Quinn Quintanar and Savannah [Quintanar] Testa (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Bruce Wan Glazik and Olivia Rose Glazik.
