He was predeceased by: his parents, Quincy McDonald, Sr. and Mary McDonald; and his siblings, Robert Smith, Quincy Jr., Roy, Kevin McDonald and Sandra McDonald.
He is survived by: his brothers, David McDonald of North Chicago, IL, Melvin McDonald of North Chicago, IL and Steve McDonald of North Chicago, IL; and his aunts, Queenester Young, Essie Geater and Otha Burrell of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by cousins, friends and neighbors.
