He was predeceased by: his wife Janet M. Cullum; his son Charles Wayne Cullum; his brother Loyal Cullum "Bugs"; and his parents, Cora Mae and James Harrison Cullum.
He is survived by: his children, Edgar Clayton Cullum Jr. and Teri Ann; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Anthony, Cora, Taniya, Erik, Brianna and Kyle; his niece Carol Neybert; and his close friends, Harold Wilson and Rob Bransetter. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
