She is survived by: her husband Stephan Jarideau; her brothers, Alvin Cushenberry of Waukegan, IL, Delwin Foxworth, III and Delwin Hodge; her nieces and nephews, Nevaeh, Jhenae, Alivia, Alanna, Jaiyer, Rayme, Nakiya, Cherish, Delwin III, Kylie and Zyaire; and her aunts, Wanda Cushenberry of Illinois and Jacquita Moore of Illinois.
