Though Nicolasa may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her stepmother Sophia Avela. She is survived by: her spouse Aureo; and her children, Mario Salgado, Lorena Solano and Lourdes Solano. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and many extended family.
