He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Kenneth Johnson and Grace Johnson (Miller); his granddaughter Ashton Johnson; and his sister Pam Strubhar. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Miller; his children, Julie Ahten (Bryan) of North Pekin and Andy Johnson (Tonya) of Mapleton; his grandchildren, Jake Ahten, Sara Tindall (Billy), Madison Johnson, Mackenzie Davis (Greg) and Mallory Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Kelea Peters, Olivia Tindall, Ella Tindall, Taylyn Johnson, Carter Davis, Everleigh Davis, Izzy Davis and Kolt Smith.
