He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his son Philip Kubisztal (June); his grandchildren, Ava, Zachary Kubisztal and Karen Schoewe (Rich); his sons, Kevin, Matthew, Christopher Schoewe and Stephen Kubisztal (Carrie); his grandchildren, Ashley and Kyle Kubisztal; and his children, Paxson (Kayley), Macy Bentz and Madison Scepansky (Ryan).
