He is survived by: his wife Debra Higgins; his children, Cindy Bucci (late Ralph), Al Higgins (Carol) and Melissa Prather (Brian); his grandchildren, Tony Higgins (Maryem), Erica Kroha (Mike), Kevin Bucci (Krista), Amanda Schuda (Tim) and Matthew Higgins (Amber); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Eliana, Corbin, Connor, Sylvia, Riley and Colbie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
