He was predeceased by: his mother Bianca Velcich. He is survived by: his father John Velcich; his wife Judy; his daughter Bethy Rost (Jeff); and his granddaughter Emma of Charlotte, N. C.. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (6150 N Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Norbert Catholic Church (1809 Walters Ave, Northbrook, IL 60062). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
