Dolsa touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Dolsa’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sciaky and Fritzi Kurtz Sciaky; and her brother David. She is survived by: her sisters, Juliette Delannoy (Mike), Ada Vaughan (Tom Nowicki) and Alexandra Sciaky (April Campbell, MD); and her nieces and nephews, Nicholas Delannoy, Benjamin Sciaky, Madeleine Delannoy and Zola Nowicki.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Transfiguration (12219 S 86th Ave, Palos Park, IL 60464).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a charitable donation to Barb's Precious Rescue Saving Cats and Kittens (http://www.barbsrescue.org.) or the National Association for Mental Illness (http://www.nami.org.) to honor Dolsa.
