He was predeceased by: his parents, I. Phillip Chapman and Freda Chapman (Mostow). He is survived by: his wife Diane Nelson; his sons, Michael Chapman (Jennifer), Rabbi David Chapman (Jonathan) and Dr. Jeremy Chapman-Gould (Heidi); his grandchildren, Mira, Lindsey, Marni, Elior, Shira, Jacob and Amitai; and his sister Jill Bleiman (Leo). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
