He is survived by: his children, John Anton Kollar IV (Julie Lynn), Timothy James Kollar and Katherine Louis Kollar; his grandchildren, Calista Ann Kollar and John Anton Kollar V; and his siblings, Jim Kollar, Denise Antonucci and Mark Kollar.
