She is survived by: her friend Marci; her significant other David Adams; her sons, Simon Adams and Frederick "Freddy" Adams; her mother JoAnn Feldman Goldstein; her parents-in-law, Phyllis Adams and Leonard Adams; her brother Mark Goldstein; her siblings-in-law, Patti Goldstein, Bruce Adams, Eve Becker and Heather Adams; her nieces, Bella Goldstein, Hannah Adams and Sasha Adams; and her friend Pam Burkman.
