She was predeceased by : her husband Martin L. Shape; and her parents, George Blust and Alice Blust. She is survived by : her children, Steven Shape (Marilyn), Karen Weiss (Harris) and Kevin Shape; her daughter-in-law Shari Shape; her grandchildren, Lauren, Jason (Shaina), Jessica, Lindsey Shape, Charlie Weiss (Cheryl), Halie Frank (Kevin), Jorie Kettering (Tim), Jeremy, Marlee and Hayden Shape; and her great grandchildren, Micha, Liam Weiss, Olivia Frank and Ezra Kettering.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to JourneyCare Hospice, 2050 Claire Ct., Glenview, IL 60025.
