She was predeceased by: her parents, Otillio Levio and Julie Siensa (Wengryn); her husband Richard Von Stunkel; and her brother Robert Siensa. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Siensa of Las Vegas, Nevada; her sister-in-law Susan Siensa of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; her nephew Jason Siensa (Karen) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; her niece Stephanie Garvin (Michael) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.; her great-nephew Bobby Siensa; and her great-nieces, Olivia and Sophia Garvin.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seguin & Symonds Funeral Home (858 Sheridan Rd, Highwood, IL 60040). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary's memory to Orphans of the Storm or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
