He is survived by: his wife Suzanne (Milwaukeean); his children, Kerry Parkinson (Matthew), Kevin (Erin), Brendan (Michelle) and Daniel (Kate); his grandchildren, Norah, Adeline, Sam, Olivia Parkinson, Katherine, Owen, Clara Dineen and Annabelle Dineen; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Monday (Chris), Richard Monday and Jean Dineen.
