With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Murray M. Freeman of Northbrook, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Freeman and Lillian Sternberg Freeman; and his siblings, Anthony "Tony" Alan Freeman and Diane Dale "Dee Dee" Freeman Madrano. He is survived by: his wife Diane Diener Freeman; his children, Scott Freeman and Lisa Freeman Mohler; his grandchildren, Jack, Kaitlyn Freeman, Bram and Wynn Mohler; and his family Corvette.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the N. H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home (1240 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025).
